The Box Tilter is a professional system for tilting containers designed for loading and unloading bulk goods. Thanks to its hydraulic lifting with a maximum capacity of 30 Tons, the container tilter enables fast, safe, and efficient handling of bulk materials.

How it works
The Box Tilter system optimises every stage of the process, cutting operating times and guaranteeing maximum safety for operators and equipment.
For Loading

Container Positioning
The empty container is positioned onto the tilter platform using a semi-trailer, forklift, or reach stacker.
Hydraulic Locking
The semi-automatic system locks the container at the 4 corner castings via hydraulic clamps. A single operator using a remote radio control manages the entire operation in complete safety.
Tilting up to 90°
The upright rotates the container from horizontal up to 70° (optional 90°). The doors open automatically, allowing bulk material to flow inside by gravity. +30% volume compared to traditional methods.
Repositioning
Once loading is complete, the tilter returns the container to the horizontal position. The doors automatically reclose, and the container is unlocked.

Cargo Acceptance
The full container is positioned onto the tilter via semi-trailer or reach stacker. Optional integrated weighing systems verify weight and cargo type.
Locking and Door Opening
The hydraulic system locks the container at the 4 base corner castings. The automated arm opens the doors in complete safety, requiring no manual operator intervention.
Gravity Unloading
With progressive tilting up to 70°, the bulk material flows directly downward. Fast, clean, and zero-contamination process.
Return and Handling
The empty container is returned to the horizontal position, unlocked, and dispatched to subsequent operations. Full cycle completed in under 10 minutes, ensuring maximum productivity.
